Terms of Service

Bookings and scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed when we reply and confirm your date and time. Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
• Please reschedule at least 24 hours ahead when you can. Rescheduling with 24 or more hours notice is free. Rescheduling inside 24 hours carries a $50 fee.
• The property should be photo ready when we arrive. If we cannot shoot because the home is not ready and we have to return another day, a $75 return trip fee applies.
• Travel within 30 miles of downtown Atlanta or downtown Baltimore is included. Beyond that, a per mile fee applies, quoted before your shoot.

Delivery and payment

• Standard turnaround is typically 24 hours from the shoot. Turnaround is an estimate and can vary with shoot size and season.
• Deliverables are provided by download link. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files.
• Payment is due at booking or on delivery, as arranged when your shoot is confirmed.

Photo use

• When you book a shoot, you receive the right to use the delivered photos and media to market the property they were made for, including listing services, brokerage marketing, and social media for that listing.
• Peach & Charm retains the copyright and all ownership rights in every photo and piece of media we create. We reserve the right to use any media we create, including media made for your property, in perpetuity and without charge, in our portfolio, on our website and social media, and in our advertising and promotional materials. Booking a shoot grants us that use.

Drone work

• Drone flights are performed by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot and are subject to airspace authorization, weather, and site safety. A flight that cannot legally or safely be flown will be rescheduled or removed from your invoice.

Liability

• Our liability for any claim related to a shoot is limited to the amount you paid for that shoot. We are not responsible for a property's condition, for listing performance, or for decisions made based on the media.
