Add anything to a photo shoot
Drone photos
8 to 10 photos from the air. Shows the yard, the roof, the lot, and the neighborhood. FAA Part 107 drone pilot certified.
Drone video clip
30 to 45 seconds of video from the air. A good opener for a listing video or a reel.
Zillow 3D tour with floor plan
Buyers click through the home on Zillow, like Street View indoors. The floor plan comes with it.
Floor plan only
A simple drawing of the layout with room sizes, ready for the MLS.
Virtual staging
Furniture added on the computer to photos of empty rooms. Photos are labeled "virtually staged."
Virtual twilight
A daytime front photo turned into a sunset look, lights glowing. No evening visit needed.
Real twilight shoot
A second trip at sunset for 8 to 10 real evening photos.
30-second social reel
A short vertical video for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with music and your name on it.
On-site add-ons booked without a photo shoot (drone, 3D tour, floor plan, twilight, reel): add a $50 trip fee. Virtual staging and virtual twilight cost the same anytime.
Bigger homes: add $50 for each 1,000 sq ft over 2,500. Over 5,500 sq ft, we quote it.
The fine print, short version
- Everything is Typically delivered within 24 hours.
- Free travel within 30 miles of downtown Atlanta or downtown Baltimore. $1 a mile after that.
- Rescheduling is free with 24 hours notice, $50 inside 24 hours.
- If the home is not ready when we arrive, a return trip is $75.
- Bad weather moves drone and twilight shoots to another day at no charge.
- Pay when you book or when you get your photos.

How do I get my photos?
A Google Drive download link by email, sized for the MLS and for print, typically within 24 hours.
What if the weather is bad?
Drone and twilight work moves to the next good day at no charge. Inside photos can usually still happen.
How should the home be ready?

Do you shoot in my area?
Metro Atlanta and the Baltimore area, including Ellicott City and Columbia. Travel is free within 30 miles of either downtown.
